Conductive Pen / Defogger kit for BSEL Mod Intel Dual Core

I have recently put together the following system:
Intel 2140 M0 stepping
Gigabyte 945GCMX-S2
2x1GB Transcend 667Hz

I was able to OC from stock 200 FSB to 268 FSB before hitting a wall. This is not the best board to OC.

I am now looking to do a BSEL mod http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?p=5247740 for which I need some tools.

I require a Silver conductive pen or Rear window defogger repair kit (google it)

I had no luck in SP Road Bangalore looking for a conductive pen.

I also called up Ford and Toyota dealers in bangalore for a defogger repair kit but again no luck

If anyone knows where these are available in Bangalore or any other source to get these, will really appreciate it.

I will post an update if I get this to work.
