Hi Shyam

Asus has just launched two motherboards based on Intel G35 in the international market - Model - P5E-V HDMI and P5E-VM HDMI. I am not sure how long it will take for these motherboards to hit the Indian market, but I guess it will be launched here pretty soon.

I think G35 does not support DDR3.Both G35 and P35 support 45nm processors but might need a BIOS update. But check 45nm support before buying a MB.

Here is a list of motherboards which support 45nm processors - http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=3138&p=2
