HI all,
I am using Lite-On LH 20-A1P DVD writer.
The drive is having problem in reading dual layer DVDs (8.5 GB). I updated firmaware to "klon", available on the site.
Before updating the firmware the drive always failed even to detect the dual layer DVDs and used to make some "hissing and clicking sounds" and stops responding.
Now it detects the dvd but is not able to run most of the files, the dvds are not corrupt as it runs fine on Sony dvd-rw, it's still making those "hissing and clicking sounds" and stops responding.
Please give me solution for this problem. I am frustrated with this problem.
Also I need information on lite-on service center in/ near nagpur, Maharashtra.
