I am using Windows XP Home Edition(SP2) and its Firewall at present. I am going to install ZA FW and disble Windows Firewall and enable ZA FW ONLY ESPECIALLY when I connect to the Internet.

How to change the settings on AVG-Anti-spyware on demand scans once a week?

I am not getting you exactly regardinh windows firewall and ZA firewall.
Do you want to turn off windows firewall.
Start-->>control panel-->>windows firewall
Disable or enable it as per your wish.

And regarding AVG antivirus, sorry I am dont use AVG
