Opera backup

I want top take all backup such as

bookmarks ,
my notes ,
saved password..

how to do it ??? i am running the latest opera version..

and how to again restore them??

If you want to install a new version , than go ahead. Just uninstall current version and install newer, you wont loss any personal data.

int86 he is asking abt how to backuping, not if he upgrade he loose datas or not

He already updated his opera. just need to back all datas :D

To take back-up of your User ID & Passwords in Opera (Password wand), just back-up (copy) the Profile folder from C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Application Data\Opera\Opera
