Help needed with Command& Conquer 3!

I installed the Commman & Conquer 3: Tiberium wars Demo game ..it gave me with this error:

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_29.dll was not found.Re-installing this application may fix this problem.


I have an AMD Athlon X2 3800+, 1GB of RAM & NVIDIA GeForce 6100 nForce 430

What seems to be the problem ?

download that dll file from http://www.dll-files.com/ and copy that to your windows\system32 folder and then try running that game.
