how to update antivirus software without internet like i have use the avast antivirus


how to update it i have download the update file from internet but there is no manually option to update it????????????

avast! offers VPS update releases time to time. Download from here...
http://www.avast.com/eng/updates.html and run the exe. Done!

Updating without internet will only give you VPS update (ie Virus Database). Program file updates cannot be downloaded seprately. You'll have to download the full setup for that. Download location is same as given by Kiran_tech_mania.

I have been through it i downloaded the executable installed successfully still it's bugging me to download the Virus definitions from the internet. Even my key has been declared Blacklisted!!!! Quitting avast - Norton where are you?
