come on dude..no one's really that crazy bout "phoren" stuff anymore.. do a reality chk.. just go to dell's website and compare ur specs with theirs..
maybe u can sell it to the custom's dept.. the govt is the only option i believe which buys things at such exorbitant prices.. and to top it u'll have ur revenge too for the high custom duties..
