Nokia 6600 problem? is this a virus??

i have strange problem with nokia6600 mobile of my friend. its clear button, 0 and push side of direction buttons are not working but the remaining keys are working fine. gallery is even not woking when i try to start gallery the phone hangs and i have to restart the phone similarly when i try to start camera the phone hangs and it needs a restart. Is this all happening because of any virus or its because of hardware problem?? Also give me a name and downloading link for free and good antivirus program for Nokia 6600.

i think its a virus try to format ur MMC and phone memory and then see

Use netquin antivirus...
btw the key problem is a hardware one... just open the fone remove the keypad and clean it..

Format ur memory card.I also suggest formatting the phone memory.

Hey i think it is a definite Hardware problem... I am clueless regarding those non-working buttons. But these complaints, (gallery not opening and unable to take pictures with camera) are usual in many 6600 mobiles. U try to open Bluetooth. I am 99.99% sure that it won't work and give out this message - "Unable To Perform Bluetooth Operation" . If it is the case, your BlueTooth IC Chip is gone (Which happens to 7/10 6600 mobiles) and you need to change it. It will cost you upto 1000Rs. If Bluetooth opens without any problem, then your problem is something else and wait for some other experts' suggestions.
