You can use ultramp3 or lcg jukebox for a good sound quality.No software can turn it into stereo it's a hardware design.

mono/stereo is an implementation of the hardware+firmware. you can't change it wid some software. at the most to improve the quality you may encode mp3s at a higher bit rate and volume. or some other codec (aac/ogg etc.)

no, you can't meddle wid the electronics in any way.

^It's not like that i am giving her on her own request.She still uses 6610i.She is not a avid mobile person,like we are.So she is happy.

My dad isn't an avid phone user either. But 3230, he just doesn't like it. Its slow, hangs and the camera's wtf-wasn't-that-scene-10-minutes-after-I-hit-shoot-? .. Not saying not to give it to her, just saying warn her about certain things.

^Ya.I already told her the negatives.she only found the phone bulky,rest it's fine for her.We also have a second plan of selling 3230,6610i & 2100 & getting her a more good phone.
