Have you got a small wire (about 1 ft.)..having both end that can be inserted in audio jack.
If yes...than inserset one end of wire in ur TV tuner card..and another in mic port of sound card.

the three ports (pink, blue and green) are being used by 5.1 speakers. so i have no option to use line-in function or mic-in function. also i dont have aux connector on the motherboard.
the motherboard has front panel mic-in and audio-out.
any option??

your onboard audio solution must have atleast a 4 male pin internal " cd-in " or called as " cd volume " audio connector on mobo if u dont have aux-in

I dont know in the mean time whether your problem got solved or not. Once I have faced same problem, I solved the problem this way. I have cut down one end of the audio cable supplied with the TV tuner card (external TV tuner Card) and that end directely connected by soldering to the amplifier of the speaker and the other end conatinig the jack connected in the audio out post of TV Tuner Card. Original Audio cable of the speaker as usual connected to the PC But there is a problem. when u switch on TV tuner directly without switching the PC the sound quality is ok, if the pc is running and u wish to watch TV without shut down the PC the sound quality is poor, ie volume slow down also a hising sound appear.
