Bah! I need to update my Custom Template too.

Not to mention Google Sitemaps Plugin (which I use) needs to be updated by its author too.

WP 2.3 is worth upgrading as it is quite faster than 2.2.3..
but before upgrading check the compatibility of plugins and themes...
Like K2 needs an upgrade from 0.9.6 to RC1...
