help!!!!! overclockin and g-card

i have got asus P5B-VM mother board and 1.86 c2d ...... can anyone please help me with overclockin it..... i am plannin to buy a g-card ... i wanna know that will i have to disable the onboard graphics or they both can work simontaniously:confused:

The onboard gfx ll get disabled automatically if u insert the gfx card..
and AFAIK ur board isnt a very good overclocker...
