Hibernate Problem

hello guys
i m using xp sp2 when i click on hibernate it shows hibernate but automatically restart. I have clean my pc with antivirus. My pc configuration is:
Processor: intel(R) celeron 2.66
Memory:512MB
Hdd:80GB sata
Board:915GV-M10

I had resetup xp sp2 with another cd.

1.disable hibernate from power options
2.delete hibernate.sys
3.enable hibernate again
