i dont know whats happening to ma system.
i ones successfully booted in winxp... and then i tried to access my second sata drives partition and that particular folder got hang, so i killed it(end task) , but can easily access my first sata drives parition.... none of the second drives paritition files r openin(i can just see folders but as soon as i open them that window gets hang/not responding) so i restarted my system and now grub is not at all loading, this time with a new error

Check your disk if it's all right. Maybe some loose cable. I have had this tpye problems on couple of PC's at work. Turned out that some cables were loose.
