Help me to change from lilo to grub

hi guys, pls help me on how to change the boot loader from lilo to grub...
as i am encountering a problem while installing xandros....
is there any one who can guide me A-Z regarding this?
if u cant atleast provide me the link where i can get entire information regarding this pls......
