Hello Friends,
Very soon i m planning to purchase a New PC but there is a problem.
My Budget for new CPU Box (processor+M.Board+RAM+SMPS+cabinet etc.) is around 20000 Rs. I am not able to spent more than 20000 this time so pls suggest me a good Motherboard with on board graphics so that if wish i can add graphics later and board should be compitable with below given Processor.
C2D E6750 - (4MB L2 cache 2.66Ghz 1333MHz FSB)
So pls suggest me a motherboard with or without onboard Graphics only in budget given above.

integrated graphics is wot u want, den u hv no other choice but 2 go 4 de 965g chipset, otherwise 650i ultra is a gud option for overclocking,n is a very gud performer..

XFX 650i Ultra is a good mobo at 5.5k, but it has no onboard graphics... You can add a 8400 based card for less than 3k... Otherwise, you can go for Intel DG33 motherboard, but I believe the onboard graphics are not as good as G965 based boards...

Actually its 650i SLI chipset. Anyway, its much better than the XFX one... But the price is more than double... Its very feature rich and you can check out the reviews in Tomshardware and Anandtech.com... I bot it 4 11.2K + TAX...Since your budget is 20K, I suggest you opt for the XFX one or maybe the Asus P5N-E SLI... And none of these boards come with onboard graphics...So u need to spend some more there...

the onboard graphics of G33 based board is at par with G965 boards. intel 965 board comes for 7.2K. u cud try msi 965 round abt 6k with onboard graphics.
G33 board will come for arnd 8-9k. but is future proof as it supports DDR3 and 45nm processors.

Thanks u all friends ,
I am still confused. But what i am planning now is :
CPU - 6750 - 8600 Rs.
M.B.- XFX 650i - 5500 Rs.
G.Card - XFX 8600 GT - 7000 Rs.
RAM - 1 GB - 2000 Rs.
Hard Disk - 160GB - 2000 Rs.
Guys pls tell me is this configuration ok and is it Future Proof ?
Can I improve this configuration by making any changes to this.
and
If Possible pls tell me How i could bring budget to only 20000 Rs.
Thanks

1) Proccy is great...
2) Mobo is fine...
3) Dont expect much from the 8600GT, although DX10 compatibility makes it decently future proof in gaming... If u are a non gamer, then it is as future proof as you can get right now...
4) 1 GB ram is definitely not future proof...Min 2 GB is recommended... By the way buy 800MHz Transcend/Kingston/Corsair only...Prices are pretty low...
5)I would suggest u to go for 320GB hdd...Price diff b/w 160 and 320 is about 1200 bucks, so the latter is definitely more value ( also 160GB wont take much time to fill up if you are into gaming, movies and all)...
To bring the the total price under 20K, u would probably be better off with an AMD config:
Athlon 64 X2 5000+ --- 5-5.5K
ASUS M2A-VM --- 4K

I have my system based on C2D E4300, ASUS P5B-MX/wifi, Kingston valueram 1 GB DDR2-667, 400 W Powersafe SMPS. I use integrated graphics memory of 256 MB. My mobo(Intel 946GZ chipset) supports Intel GMA 3000 which has Pixel Shader 2.0, Vertex Shader 3.0 (software) & Open GL 1.4 and no Hardware Transform & Lighting. Can anyone suggest me of some good race & action games for my pc.
