Monitor problem - Vertical oscillator not working

Hello friends i have a LG E700S Flat monitor purchased 5 yrs back.
When i turn on my monitor only a 'single bright horizontal line' is appearing on monitor and nothing else on the screen ..... i know it's because of Vertical Oscilator.
Can anyone please tell me how to repair/replace it ??
Has anyone had similar problem in past ??

get to LG service centre man.. LG has many service centres around and u just have to give the service charge and cost of the parts if somethin has to be replaced.
