I have MB Of ASUS K8S MX
recently I am facing a prob
as I started my pc it boots but after choosing OS it get restarted
I had check my RAM Module but it works fine on my friends sys
So what is the prob actually?

computer restarts repeatedly when you try to start Windows XP (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314466)

u may also wan 2 get ur PSU checked, esp if it is a genereic 1 dat came wit ur cabinet
