What to do when Windows says your password must be atleast 18770 Characters ... !?!?

If you get such an Error Message:

Your Password Must Be at Least 18770 Characters and Cannot Repeat Any of Your Previous 30689 Passwords http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r168/happyandy/rofl-1.gif
