My computer has been infected with a virus which makes a new executable file in every folder in USB.This file has the same name of the original folder and the description:Nhatquaglan.It has also disabled my taskmanager,system configuration utility,folder options & group policy editor.I have scanned and removed the worm using norton antivirus 2007.But how can i enable these disabled services?

services can be enabled and disabled from here

START->Settings->Control Panel->Adminstrative tools->Services

WAIT a minute !!!!

des r not services

u mite wan2 search dis forum itslf 4 d soln for registry moddin 2 re-enable dem

all dese problems have been addresed in very recent threads
