There is some change in final specs from HTC point of view:

'Shift' is expected to have dual OS(Windows Vista business with 1gb RAM and WM6.0 professsinoal with 64MB RAM)

Some controversy exisits regarding 'phone dialer'!!!

But it is suppose to have HSPDA/3G/EDGE/GPRS/GSM!!!
