Software to keep records

Well could anybody tell me a software which i can use to keep track of my shares(portfolio manager).
A software like its there on the moneycontrol website
The software should be clean and shld have easy user interface.
Pls also provide the link for downloading it.
Also require a software to keep record of my bank A/C
