90Megs.com Problem !!

Hey anybody knows how to use 90megs.com .. it is offering free 90 MB with php mysql 9gb b/w ... but donno how to upload files to it.. how to login to the ftp server ? it is running linux .. help needed guys !

They own a dedicated server and plan to be giving out free hosting indefinitely, won't have to worry about lot's of downtime or the speed of the server.

Hey this thing is already on the site itself.. I asked about how to upload our files to the server.. there are no ads in the free plan buddy.. I jus wan to make this thing work... the folders and all .. I can't get that.. How to put our files in the folders and what is the url that shud be typed to get to the file that we have uploaded. u need an ftp software like cuteftp first of all
then the site u have to connect tp is probably ftp://90megs.com
enter ur username and password and you'll be in the remote directory assigned to u !

btw dhost.info offers 100megs and a 10gb bw and its much better too !

1) No Cute FTP, IE is enough.. (Btw I only use opera).

I have ftp access but I don't know where to put my index.html ..In which folder?

u may get a www folder once u login ! so thats where ur main file will be which will open when u visit

When I register for usiung with subdomains then it says I am not from US so it cant be done.

Anonymise ur ip as a us one and signup again.. Use Steganos Anonymiser.

What's the matta with Dhost.info man.. sometimes it is up and sometimes down... I think it is blocking Indian signups.. Once try anonymising ur ip and the signup ..c if it works.. and btw 90megs.com is unstable now also.. sometimes the server is down.. @ night time to b precise..
