How to run a software in background in both windows & linux.....
eg: Like if i'm running bitcomet it should neither be shown in Taskbar or system tray nor in Task Managers Process List(this is optional).... but still software should be running in background and downloadin stuff. ??

In linux its a piece of cake, just use cron to run your script.
In windows..well I run wget in background using powerpro, not sure if it could run bitcomet.

In Windows, you can run services in background (you have to edit Run Services list in registry)... But it will come in processes list in Task Manager... There is a simple software to shift software from taskbar to system tray, and there are also software to create multiple virtual desktops so that you can put one set of apps into a different virtual desktop...
Also, if you take it away from taskbar and task manager, you may not have any way to kill it later...
