Nfs ug profile not working

i recently started playing nfs ug again but now it does not disaplay my old profile althouugh I can see it in all users/application data.The problem is that I reinstallled windows without uninstalling nfs ug and now i have again deleted all folders since I am not getting uninstall to work (moreover the save file is also not detected)in the game folder and reinstalled the game again in order to get the file detected.The problem is now it cannot detect my loaded user profiles even now.The game is in the F partition whereas the save file is in
C:/Documents and settings/all users/aplication data/nfs underground.Please suggest as to how to get the save file working again.
