I am facing this problem very frequently.
Despite Minimum RAM and Processor Utilization, my Processor Fan rotates continuously producing noise.
As you can see from the attached screenshot, this is the RAM and Processor Utilization when I am watching a movie and simultaneously downloading a 100 MB file.
I have scanned using Multiple Antivirus software and Anti Spyware too.
No viruses, no spyware, no adware and no malware.

What could be the possible reason for this continuous processor fan noise ?
Is it due to continuous rotation at great speeds ?

Uve not specified ur proccy details, cab fans and other things like gcards etc.
See if the proccy fan is obstructed by thick dust. Add some cabby fans [intake in front bottom and outlet in upper rear].
Use the utilities came with ur mobo to find out proccy temps, fan speed and post it here.

Processor - Intel 3.2 Ghz Hyperthreaded 32 Bit Processor
I have a XFX 6200 nVIDIA Graphics Card - PCI Express Slot.
Other than the processor's fan, I don't have an extra fan attached to the cabinet.
Fan Speed in RPM was 4545 RPM when I monitored it today morning
Any other info needed ?

Well run CPU-Z and tell us the processor number as it the processor supports extended speed steep tenchology...

then speed can be lower in case or no CPU use and all those mobo comes with support to the feature, will have a fan control option where u may turn on the control which will lower the fan speed at idle cpu condition and increase it when high on load...

:)
