Hi guys,
E228WFP vs VX2235WM which is better ?
i need the monitor at normal height. i have doubts over VX2235WM height.
Please help me....i m confused.

VX2235WM is better but also costlier. And what's normal height thingy? Both are 22", right.

May be he needs more height and not more width! ie. a non-wide/normal monitor. BTW both seem to be wide ( due to the "W" suffix).

E228WFP...i ordered 1 for 19k from dell its gonna be here in a day or 2..Its definitely better than VX google it n check the reviews..it also supp hdcpi..and a greater screen area..lesser bleeding thn d vx! CHEERS!!

VX2235Wm has got newer TN (6-bit) panel, which could display 16.2 colors. But if you go by price to performance ratio and include the looks factor then go for Dell. It does look better :wink:

I mean desk to viewing area height is higher than e228wfp.

It means that most TN panel are 6-bit but these newer ones simulate 8-bit panels by 6-bit + 2 bit dithering method.
So, basically a 8-bit panel can display 24-bit color but 6-bit TN panels cannot.

Well the pictures did seem better with VX2235WM (my friend has it) but I would still prefer Dell, better appearance :D also cheap.
