buying RAM is like playing in a casino , it depends on ur luck . good company and high price doesnt mean it will provide better service ( well at least in my case ) . I prefer buying ordinary ram ...like u can get 1 gb ram in lesser price . I bought 512 ddr 400 for Rs 1250 few days ago

Never go for unknown brands. Paying a little extra for brands like Transcend, Kingston, Corsair etc. will be wise and also you get longer warranty.

If u sure its original, then really gud deal.
Transcent jetram is really an overclocker's dream come true. I have 2*512 of them.
I ran them in 480 Mhz in dual channel and also tweaked the latency @ 2.5-3-3-5 and it just works fine. Everest ultimate gave mem read scores at 7.2k-7.5k marks.
