Java e-book reader

i own a motorazr v3(with java midp 2.0)
i want a .txt/.doc/.rtf/.pdf [any 1 format wud do] reader for this cell, but havent found it on the web.
anybody knows about an e-book reader for this cellphone?

also, if such a thing exists, then how do you put books on this cellphone?
