somebody deleted my account from system: how to get it back

hi
somebody deleted my account from the system by typing control userpasswords2 in the run then created another account with the same name

is there anyway to get back the old account.....i have lots of files in my documents of my old account ......

i tried restoring the system but i was not able to restore as tgere was no restore points
in the documents and setting folder the old accounts my document folder is there but it is not accessible.....
please help me out i will be waiting for ur reply

To retrieve the old documents, you dont need to retrieve the old account. You can login with administrator priviledges, go to Security properties of the folder and regain control.
