I Have Windows Vista and Kubuntu Installed on my Pc ,Now i want to remove kubuntu from my pc ?what should i do ,should go to the partation manager in vista and format the kubuntu drive?

Huh, I dont think Vista will be able to read Kubuntu partition.

Use any partition manager and format the kubuntu drive... and repair the vista bootloader using its dvd...

Thats the problem man ,i dont want to do any damage to my vista ,
are you sure that i will be able to repaire my vista using Geniune Vista DVD,and hope there are some oher solutions to this problem

Yes you can repair the MBR using Vista's DVD

goto disk management and delete or format the partition where kubuntu is installed. do not touch any other partition. be aware that the linux partition is not readable in windows. disk manager sees it as an unrecognised partition. u can only delete or format it. after doing this boot ur computer from the vista dvd and repair the boot sector.
