HELP ME IN BUYING A 22” LCD MONITOR

HI GUYS
I want to buy a 22” lcd monitor .My main usage would be DVD-videos & TV with compro video mate tv gold + 2 & yeah no gaming at all. My BUDGET AT MOST IS 22K .so for that usage pattern & budget TN panel would be good enough….S-IPS are too costly (dell 20” is for 26k).

SO guys please help me in selecting a good 22” lcd model from dell ,viewsonic, Samsung or lg….please mention model no….with approx price.

Right now I have Samsung sync master 940BW 19” lcd (main) also have lg 700s 17”crt & samtron 14” crt with obsolete machines.

im really ashamed about indian market........22" are grossssslyyyyy overpriced......:x:x:x:x:x

this is what i got from computer empire in meghdoot building

1. viewsonic VX2235wm for 21,000rs
2.samsung 226bw for 26,500rs

indian market is damned..overpriced TN panels

Sorry dear, I havent purchased monitor but I want to. Its because with shipping cost it will be Rs. 18200 still saving Rs. 2300 if compare to Dell price in India. But I heard you can bargain with Dell directly and could save Rs. 500. I think if so then better to deal with Dell rather than buying without bill. Rs. 18200/- is long term invertment at least 5 yrs so I dont think adding further 1800 make any difference if you get anything hassle free. I haven't decided yet to buy 22 inch. I have my Old computer P III 1.13 Ghz, 256 MB Ram, 40 GB + 80 GB HDD, Sony DVD writer. LG 17 inch monitor(2nd hand purchased )still 4 month warranty left. So I have to upgrade my PC at least Processor & Motherboard first. Now I am looking for Laptop if not getting 2nd hand will go for new. I will upgrade computer later then will buy 22 inch monitor for sure. One more reason for not buying just monitor now because I use external TV tuner box for watching TV then for wide screen monitor I am not getting any new TV tuner box with give good resolution and aspect ratio matched with it.
