torrent download slow in dataone

i am using vista,opera and utorrent to download torrent. what is the procedure and how to increse the speed.

firstly wats da speed u're getting..
btw.. torrent speeds depend on wat u r downloading, no of peers, etc..

What internet connection do you use? If you're on DSl you'll need to forward your uTorrent port.
