overheating graphic card

i have gforce 7300le graphic card. the problem is on gaming 2, 3 hours the gpu temp is rising to 99 or 100 c what should i do to prevent it.
will adding extra fan to the cabinet solve this problem.
i keep my cabinet open while playing but its not helping much..
