DPI of mobiles?

Whats the dpi for mobiles? For PCs it is usually 96dpi. But what abt for mobiles?
I ve w300 mob. The huge pics size greater than 128x160px dimensions dont look good on my mob compared to a 128x160 image at 60dpi.
Are all the SE phones same? Whats the display quality in your SE phone if u have?

hey man...
m not very sure bt once one of my frnds told me abt it... it depends on the output device...it has smthin to do with tft screen n stuff
fr example, if u shoot an image with a VGA camra it wud luk very poor
now transfer this to the pc n it wud luk so nicer!

But the pics on large mobile screen(say 176x220) looks better than on my 128x160 px screen.
