I am Admin/Webmaster of indiadevsource.com (currently under construction) and a passionate Digit reader too.
Here is good news for all you Web Designers & Developers looking for good projects to showoff their skills and to be an active member/developer of www.indiadevsource.com Open Source Software Design & Development Team.
You should be expert or experienced in any one of the following fields:
Web Programming:
Ajax
CSS
HTML/XHTML
JavaScript
MySQL
PHP
Graphic Designing:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Macromedia Firework
Remember: The more you contribute to the development of this site the more you will be given access to additional services on the site.
+ You will be given special domain name like http://www.yourproject.indiadevsource.com or http://www.projects.indiadevsource.com/yourproject for hosting your own projects with no bandwidth limitations.
First off all I declare that this is an Open Project which means anyone can participate in the development of this project just like Open Source Project but the source code will be disclosed within active developers and I will be not paying anything. After all, this site is dedicated to all our Indian Programmers. I know there are people out their at Digit Forum looking for these kind of opportunity.
Currently we don’t have any web based registration system so I request interested person to submit their names with their area of expertise or experience (programming language, Designing Software) to indiadevsource@gmail.com with subject line as Registration Details – Register Me Please [area of expertise].
Example: If you are expert or have experience in HTML/XHTML, MySQL & PHP then you would write the subject line as Registration Details – Register Me Please [HTML/XHTML, MySQL & PHP].
Registration closes on 07/07/07
Within one or two weeks you will receive an email stating that you are registered for project indiadevsource.com
