AGP 4X Card in 8X Slot

Sir, My mobo is Asus K8N (Socket 754, CPU Athlon64 3000+) having AGP 8X Slot.
Will the NVidia Riva TNT 32/64 (AGP 4X I think) will work on the board ?

As AGP 8x Slot mobo do supports, AGP 8x or AGP 4x or AGP 2x Cards :)

Still its always better to just reffer to ur Motherbaord Manual :), but I think it will :)

AGP 4X card shd work, but many newer K8 mobos don't support AGP 2X cards, which isn't the problem for you.
