Computer Restarting again and again....

I m having Pentium 4 2.66 with Intel 945 Gcc....
512 MB DDR2..
no graphics card...

my problem is that when i start my PC, it goes till the processing bar of windows XP... and then restarts automatically....
After restarting, and after POST it says that hardware change may hav created this problem...
After that it shows if one wants to start the computer into SAFE mode or general(or watever) mode..
When SaFE mode is selected it works fine but when i select the general mode.. it restarts again...
I hav changed the Processor, Motherboard and Ram..
In the earlier system there was the same problem..

1> reinstall Win XP
2>update to latest BIOS
3> reset BIOS

before trying above solutions check and clean ur RAM.

the Processor, Motherboard and RAM are new...
Replaced the keyboard and mouse and now its working fine...
can Keyboard mouse create this type of problem?

^^^ yeas if either or both of them hav a short circuit in the connecting wire.

ur RAM have problems
