i found out some clients that offer voice support for google talk protocol
Clients that support Voip through gtalk under linux are:

landell and tapioca
http://tapioca-voip.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Tapioca -
jabin
www.jabbin.com -
kopete can also be compiled with gtalk voip support (using libjingle/speex...)
http://wiki.kde.org/tiki-index.php?page=Kopete+Jabber+Jingle

can any one post their experiences??

Well, Gtalk's VOIP service is great... Some say, its better than skype.... The clarity is really good..
