Use COMODO firewall Pro,
its for free, the size of the its setup is 7.57 mb's n its pretty good!

comodo is not working on winxp 64bit neither the zone alarm

umm.. cant say about individual firewall application, how ever, as security Suite,

Kaspersky http://www.kaspersky.com
etc

they all support x64 and comes with Firewall !!!! :)
