USB thumb drive not detecting

I kept my thumb drive with my mobile phone in my pocket and after that the thumb drive is not seen in my computer. What should I do?

When you say its not working are you getting any errors ? Have you tried in different machines ? Despite this if its not working then try taking it back to the dealer. USB drives are pretty much unrepairable and not worth it too.

Which OS r u using?
Mobile phone doesnt affect the thumb drives.....
chect it any other computer which has WinXP....
