Need Help to tweak nVidia GPU

I have a nVidia FX 5200 and I want to overclock it and flash it's bios and change voltage etc. What software(s) do I need?

You will find an overclocking software in the driver CD which will unlock an overclocking option in the Nvidia Control panel .From there you can overclock your card

may be case modding helps for me to get the GPU temperature down :-| but i dont know the airflow circulation inside the cabinet blah blah :oops: :oops:
