TV Tuner Help!!! Urgent

Friends,

I have bought myself a SSD-TV-722 LCD TV box from Tech-Com. The problem is after making all the conncetions, when I switch it on, I'm not getting any signal on my monitor. I think I have made some error in connecting to the VGA IN and VGA out ports. Can someone assist me in setting this up. Please confirm as to which cable needs to be connected to each of these ports? Please consider this urgent...Thanks

No problem friend. I have managed to work it around. It is a extrernal set top tv tuner and does not require any software installation.It runs without the need for a comp to be switched on and was featured in last month's digit. But I face a small problem now. The TV seem to work pretty fine but when I switch to computer mode there is too much interference in the desktop. Someone please help in rectifying the problem. Thanks
