a friend of mine is looking for a digital camera.
requirement is atleast 4-5 MP and 6 to 10X optical zoom
we went to a local shop and the shopkeeper showed us a Kodak EasyShare C875 for Rs. 14,999/-

and he said it is the best fone in the category, better than some similar ones of Sony and some other cameras. I came home and checked the net and found a lot of negetive reviews for that one ..

so we are confused ..

If you want so much zoom then even the A710 doesn't solve the purpose. Try the Canon S3IS. It is just 15700 and is an amazing cam.

^^A710 has 6x zoom...
And S3IS would come in his budget...
And @infii..PDF will be out only later maybe 6 months or so...
Buy the 125 magazine or borrow it dude...125 is nothing compared to 15k you will spend:)
