'Windows + R'

msconfig

Startup items (or something like that)

Uncheck ' rrpcsb.exe'.

It won't start the next time you boot into Windows. :)

IBM Rapid Restore is installed on IBM Thinkpad Laptops and is designed to restore your computer to a functional state.

it's safe no need to panic or remove from startup.

it shud be situated in C:\Program Files\IBM\IBM Rapid Restore Ultra\
if situated elsewhere like windows or system32 folder, it cud be malware. so check up its properties or get the file tested at http://www.virustotal.com/en/virustotalf.html

i think u might want to have it in ur startup list if its the legit IBM Rapid Restore file.
