Mobile Conversation Recording

There are many softwares on the Symbian S60 platform to record calls. I have Java based Nokia 6085 with inbuilt call recorder but with beeps please let me know if there good call recording softwares in Java and also how can the operating system changed to Symbian or how can .sis apps installed to Java mobiles

Java softwares have a very limited extent, and cannot record calls.
You cannot upgrade or change your OS, you cannot even upgrade any S60 phone to a newer S60 OS.
.sis apps can be installed only in S60 phones, not Java phones.

How can you switch it off?
It can be done using 3rd party apps, but not through the OS.

The conversation recording comes very handy during phone interviews or something like that. I guess symbian OS have this feature inbuilt?

almost all phones wid amr/wav/mp3 support (symbian/non symbian) has this feature inbuilt.

Oh i knew.....that Record sound/Dictaphone.!!
And i have used it quite often actually..

But just dint know that it can useful even between calls...just read its info..
and came to know ke one can record conv. between calls too..
