We have hp 3015 all in one laser printer with parallel port and un USB port on it. Is it possible to connect that printer with parallel port for one system and usb for other system so that we can use the same printer together. I know we can share the printer over network, but i want to know has any one done this successfully.

I don't think it is going to work. I have a Canon BJC 2100 SP printer also with the ports mentioned but alas:( no results. The printer is not going to be operated simultaneously through the cables:(

Ok i tried this at my fathers office a hour ago.
But its possible in just one way.
You have to install drivers on both PC (ofcourse..duh..)
The other PC must be turned off. :lol::lol:
So honestly speaking, what you want is not possible.
