When you go to Publish your flash movie, change the format (or add as another publish format) to Windows Projector.

I think they use macromedia director.

also you can convert flash swf to exe through flash player itself.

bt my files rn`t full screen 1 ....... so i can view menu bar 2 ....... i want windowless files ......

in frame 0, insert FSCommand. on your actions panel, go to that small box below the big one and choose fullscreen. in the box for argument, type TRUE

You mean you dont want the menu bar to be displayed, right??

You cant do that in Flash, i guess.
