Buy any nokia symbian phone with EDGE and FM and install a blacklist/call manager application. 6630 music edition is a good compromise though.

Then we can use 'automatically disconnect ' feature in only S60 phones? No s40 or SE phone support it.... !! I am mainly targeting 5200 or W300i.....

Automatically Disconnect feature can be added to your phone using a 3rd party application. No S40 phones, or most of the SE phones support applications, and even the few SE UIQ phones which do support application, i am no sure if such a software exists for them. Also, SE UIQ phones are all touchscreen phones.

Go for any S60 phone and buy the blacklist caller software.
